Larry Stern of Mallery & Stern presented this past Thursday evening at the Southern California Applicants' Attorneys Association Chapter meeting.

The program discussed the en banc Brower Decision and how to put the Court's findings to best use. The panel consisted of Larry and Art Johnson of Butts & Johnson (a well respected San Jose firm). Both Larry and Art discussed their unique methods of handling PQME evaluations and effectively using the decision in Brower to the benefit of their clients.
