Jeffrey Stern of Mallery & Stern was a panelist last week on Tuesday February 9th. The webinar, held by California Medical Evaluators, reviewed Causation and Apportionment and was designed to educate new QMEs.

The program titled "Causation and Apportionment 101 for QMEs" focused on understanding the differences between Causation of Injury v. Causation of Disability. Besides Jeffrey Stern, the prestigious panel also included attorneys Saul Allweiss, Elliot Berkowitz, and Teresa Ward.
